  Carlton Beach has five different meeting rooms that can be flexibly configured for groups of between 2 and 250 people. On the 8th floor, you’ll find the Sky meeting room with its spectacular 180° sea view, perfect for board meetings and strategic sessions. On the 1st floor are the Crab, Sun, Sand and Dune rooms, which can be used separately or combined thanks to flexible partitions. There’s also Bay, our multifunctional social space, which is ideal for informal brainstorming sessions and networking opportunities. Whether you’re meeting with a small team or a large group on Scheveningen beach, there’s always a room to suit your needs.

• How much does it cost to hold a meeting at Carlton Beach Scheveningen?

  The cost of holding a meeting on the beach at Carlton Beach depends on various factors: which meeting room you choose, the size of your group, the time of day (morning, afternoon or full day), the season and any catering requirements. You’ll have access to modern audiovisual equipment, 65'' screens for presentations, reliable Wi-Fi and all the technical support you need. The Sky meeting room on the 8th floor features a coffee corner where you can help yourself to free coffee, tea and some treats. The rooms are tastefully decorated in colours inspired by the sun and the beach, creating a positive and inspiring working atmosphere. Do you have any specific technical requirements? • Is there parking available at the hotel?

  If you’re coming to hold a meeting on the beach at Carlton Beach, parking is well organised. The hotel is situated right on Scheveningen’s seafront promenade, with various parking options nearby. Special packages are available for guests staying overnight in conjunction with their meeting. Carlton Beach is also easily accessible by public transport: from The Hague Central Station, you can reach the venue within 20 minutes by tram 1 or 9. For groups travelling with several colleagues, we can advise you on the best parking options. The hotel is also easily accessible by public transport: trams 1 and 9 run directly from The Hague Central Station to Scheveningen, with the journey taking around 20 minutes. The journey is slightly shorter from The Hague HS Station. You can also reach our meeting rooms by the beach in no time from Rotterdam (approx. 30 mins) and Amsterdam (approx. 50 mins). It’s therefore the perfect location if you want to combine a meeting with some fresh sea air, without having to travel far from the city.
